Workplace Coaching

Goals of Coaching

Coaching assumes the client is creative, resourceful and whole. Our coaching services are strength-based, focused on developing client awareness, choice and trust in self. We support our clients to achieve their objectives through the coaching process and our coaching methodology.

As coaches, we are fully committed to the coaching process, in service to our clients. We listen deeply with a client-focus, with curiosity, with a commitment to the client and his/her goals. We offer a variety of services: value clarification, strength analysis, various interpersonal models, clarifying questions, empowering requests and challenges. We bring fresh perspectives and new considerations to the discussion, opening new awareness and choice to our clients.

A coach helps the client to achieve the goals s/he defines. A coach is on the client's side... providing feedback and encouragement, as well as asking the tough questions!
