Judith GibsonM.P.A.
While her work has crossed sectors, Judith has engaged particularly closely with educators. For over 10 years she has worked with university executives on issues related to leadership and change as manager of the Quality Network for Universities, an executive learning program offered through The Conference Board of Canada. For eight years she led a similar network for Directors of Education responsible for Canadas largest school boards. She has also delivered numerous presentations and keynote addresses to educators nationally, provincially and locally on leadership and related themes. A former federal public servant, Judith spent close to 10 years with The Conference Board of Canada before starting her own company in 2002. During that time she was responsible for the Conference Boards research program in leadership and authored a number of reports on leadership, change, innovation and organizational practice. Judith holds a Masters in Public Administration from Carleton University, and she has taken numerous courses to build her expertise in facilitation and related skills She currently authors a quarterly leadership column for a national association magazine. Her work in the community includes her role as a member of the Board of Directors of the DIVA Foundation.
